Kanha Kishori Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier of industrial raw materials, including Titanium Dioxide, Carbon Black, PVC Stabilizers, and related additives. Our products and services are intended exclusively for commercial, manufacturing, and industrial entities. We do not sell directly to retail consumers for household use.

2. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

• Quotations: Any quotes provided via our website forms, email, or telephone are valid for the timeframe specified on the official quotation document. Market fluctuations may cause prices to change without prior online notice.
• Order Acceptance: An order is only considered accepted once a formal Purchase Order (PO) has been received and confirmed by an authorized representative of KKC via an official invoice or order confirmation.
• Pricing: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), freight, and handling charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Delivery and Logistics

We dispatch goods from our central warehouse hub in Delhi, India. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery schedules, Kanha Kishori Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, supply chain disruptions, or Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions).

4. Inspection and Claims

The buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding quantity discrepancies, damages in transit, or incorrect materials must be reported to our office in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify KKC within this timeframe will constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.

5. Product Usage and Liability

Our raw materials are manufactured by globally recognized brands (e.g., Chemours, Kronos, PCBL) to strict technical standards. However, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to test and determine the suitability of our materials for their specific manufacturing processes and final product applications. Kanha Kishori Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. accepts no liability for consequential damages, loss of profit, or production failures resulting from the misuse or incorrect formulation of our supplied chemicals.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and catalogs, is the property of Kanha Kishori Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or our respective manufacturing partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without express written permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
